TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit is 50% of the total stay. Any guests anticipating arriving after 7pm are requested to kindly make arrangements with the owner.
Agents: Full prepayment to be made 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Peak season 15th December to 15 January: deposit refundable only if cancellation is made 60 days prior to date of arrival.
Receipt of a deposit or credit card number assumes unconditional agreement of these terms.
A reservation is not regarded as confirmed until either a deposit has been paid, or a credit card number, expiry date and CVV have been given as security for the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 30 days of date of arrival = 50% of reservation total.
Cancellation within 15 days of date of arrival = 75% of reservation total.
Cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival = 100% of reservation total.
No Shows or departures prior to scheduled date will incur 100% of the reservation total.
Refunds & waivers. At the sole discretion of management.
Early departure: Reserve the right to charge for full extent of stay which was booked and confirmed.
